It is very clear New 52 Superman is in the same ballpark as his pre-flashpoint counterpart. He obviously lacks the quantity of feats, but the quality is there.

Superman has slapped around Hal, taken it to Orion, beaten down a Doomsday from an alternate universe brought in by a rogue D Imp while under a red sun, beaten a creature made by Luther using Superman's genes.
