Is this a joke? A nuke is thousands of times hotter than a star. A nuclear explosion is about 100,000,000° Celsius at its center where Superman and Doomsday were. In comparison the surface of a star like our Sun is only about 5,000° Celsius. Even the son's core isn't as hot as a nuke (15 million degrees vs 100 million).
Thor was dying without Stormbreaker anyway while Superman recovered under his own power.
Are you joking? a neutron star gives of trillions of times more energy than a nuke and that doesn't even count the massive durability needed to be that close to a NS without becoming a pancake.
Plus, Superman didn't get better under his own power. he was healed via the exposure to the sun.

I don't know why some of you are going on about being right and winning. Rob and Impediment were in on this gag because I PMed them. Silent and Rao PMed me and figured I changed the post. I highly doubt anybody thought Quan made the post, but simply played along just for the lulz.
Gender: Male Location: various remote midwestern hillbilly
If Wonder Woman can slice off an arm, Stormbeaker which can fly through a beam of all 6 infinity stones should be able to cut off limbs. Enough for a win before recovering? Not sure.
The difference is that the nuke is a 1, whereas the NS is around 10,000.

The fact is that Thor's feat >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Superman's.

The problem is it wasn’t the full force of the star it was a channeled amount of heat hit enough to melt Uru.
If a nuclear explosion at ground zero is 100,000,000 degrees. What’s th heat of a a small portion of the neutron stars heat, because it was channeled into a beam.
The movie specifically states that Thor is being hit with the full force of the star.

We’re talking a flyer that can attack from a distance via a cutting weapon strong enough to defeat a beam from a weapon capable of world plus level to sub universal power (IG) that returns on command vs a grounded non-flyer who was killed by a piercing weapon and whose only ranged attack (heat vision) will be completely inneffective against the flyer that has a teamate that can posibbly just swat away anything thrown their way in terms of debris.
Are you trying to prove me right? You own links support what I said about the nuke's heat. It also says the average heat of a neutron star's core is 999726.85° Celsius. According to my feeble math 100000000 is bigger than 999726.85.
Another two things that need to be said is that
A) I went back and rewatched the Nidavellir scenes in the movie. They never said it was a neutron star the just call it a star.
B)Even if it was a neutron star it was a "dying star". It had gone completely cold when Thor arrived. There's absoulutely no way it was at its peak temperature when it was re-ignited.
