Few questions:
Knockout gas has proven useful against wolverine, in a prep match about him, could he overcome him and Deadpool?
Why is Cyke a 50/50 in this situation?
How would he exploit peter?
The symbiotes are clever, what would be his best means to ensure a victory?
Because everyone can take down a Sentinel. From what I've seen of them, they're the stupidest, biggest piece of trash I've ever seen. He wouldn't take it down through force like most do, but he can easily outsmart one. Cut it open and get inside to take it out? Trip it?
Ah, true. I forgot about the gas. They're a 'yes'.
Cyclops is a 50/50 simply because it'd take one shot from Cyke to put Bats down. Batman has a good chance at getting around him, however, since he's so stealthy. It's entirely easy to screw up and get tagged, however, so I was generous in regards to Cyke and gave it a 50/50.
It's not so much a case of exploiting Peter so much as nullifying his stuff. Batman could've used that 1 day prep to take a sample of Peter's webbing and then coat his suit in stuff similar to what Doc Ock uses on his goggles. The result? Webbing can't stick to Batman anymore and becomes useless as a weapon. Peter's spider-sense works on a frequency just as everything else does - use a gadget that'll work on the same frequency to disrupt and fake out Peter's spider-sense. Despite what anyone says, yes, Batman CAN hurt Spider-Man.
The symbiotes are vulnerable to sonics and fire. One sonic thingie powerful enough will drop Venom like a stone. That can slow Carnage enough for Batman to either trick him more easily or just flat out drop fire on top of him - incendiary grenades can do the trick.

If thats true, then wouldnt Xiaver and any mind control work on a frequency as well? You see batman making a psychic jammer? I always thought Spider sense worked like a sixth sense, more mental than a specific frequency, like a radio or something. Has anyone in the comics made a spider sense jamming device before? If it were possible I would be sure Doc Ock would have done it.
