Can Silver Surfer move the moon by himself? Also, I think most people think superman doens't have fast reflexes because every single person he fights can score a punch on him even if they are super slow. This is most prevalent when he battles villans with only superstrength powers but no speed.

I think surfer can't alter planet sizes because there's too much for him to focus on. Too many living beings, structures and elements.
