"Get Mystique" was a brilliant storyline for both, Raven and Logan.
Though i have to admit that i didn't understand why Wolverine thought leaving Raven in the desert with all those wounds would finish her ... he must have known about her own healing factor and that his doings wouldn't kill her?!

It makes as much sense as Mystique "verbally owning" Wolverine at the end there.

Well, i could rationalize that with Mystique trying to look desperate enough to convince Logan that leaving her there would indeed finish the job, while she very well knew she'd survive.

Current Mystique definitely has an edge on Blade (Classic Mystique wasn't much of of a fighter anyways).
