You made the prophecy point twice. The reincarnation thing takes nothing away from the fact that Naruto is gifted because of training, just like Sasuke. Sure, the fox/sharingan are huge parts of their strength, but Naruto learned rasengan, Sasuke learned Chidori, etc. Again though, the whole eighth gate thing disproves that entire statement. Hard work can EASILY surpass natural talent.
