To go on the lesser mages a little,

There's two gun wielders, Bisca and Alzack. Bisca summons a variety of magic guns (including a bazooka, duel-tommy guns, a sniper rifle...), while Alzack uses just two guns with a variety of magic ammo.

Alzack using rapid-fire electric stun bullets.

Bisca using a homing, explosive shot.

Then there's Max and his sand magic, including sand barriers and a variety of sand attacks. He's a bit like a much lower powered version of Gaara from Naruto... but still enough to give base-form Natsu some fight.

Probably those three are the strongest of the everyone-else, but there's a lot of mid-level mages.

For high level ones, let's just show some Mirajane:

(She took *all* the water of that stretch of river to use as an attack)

Hm, I don't think Freed's runes will factor into the fight much, wards and barriers are just not something Fi cares about. Her ability to break them is a plot point in multiple games, and she's on a level far above what I've so far been led to believe the cast of Fairy Tale operates at.

His demon form might be useful, though.

Likewise the mid-level mages don't seem like they're going to pose much threat. Link's strapped explosives more dangerous than that homing bullet to his own face.

Anyway, I should probably start sharing my own knowledge in turn, seems fair.

Here's what you're dealing with:

She was originally made for gods by gods, and was reforged by the first Link in his own spirit somehow. She is used to, in a single swing, cut a continent out of the Earth and raise it into the sky.

Following that she laid dormant for some time and became the Goddess Sword, until she was needed again.

"As the seal holding the Imprisoned began to break, Link and his
comrade Groose held the monster back. All the while, Link continued with his task of tempering the Goddess Sword in the Sacred Flames of the Golden Goddesses. Imbued with the immense, sacred power of the Force, the Goddess Sword was transformed into the Master Sword."

Hyrule Historia, pg 75.

Also on that page, a clarification:

Force

The sacred power the gods gave to the world. It’s the breath of life itself.

The sacred flames are analogues to the respective pieces of the Triforce, which also carries this breath of life. Without the Triforce in fact the world can't exist at all, and decays away until it's gone, as seen in ALBW.

Which brings me to aLttP, where she is explicitly stated to be a failsafe against the power of said divine artifact, and in fact overcomes it. This is due in large part to:

"Link acquired the Master Sword from the Sacred Grove, and his curse was lifted by the sword’s ability to dispel magic."

She's shown this power in cutscenes across the series but the most well known and easy to find on Youtube is this one:

This is in fact the incident mentioned in the passage I quoted. Link didn't even need to touch her.

Through out the series she's repelled all sorts of magic, lightning, fire, light, darkness, time manipulation, curses, telekinesis. She's either resisted or dispelled all of those. She's stopped time (while weakened), absorbed the consciousness of the prime evil of the Zeldaverse, destroyed barriers, cut a continent out of the Earth, overcome the Triforce and even resisted a direct wish made with it in aLttP. [She's also shot lasers, sometimes. I guess.]

The Triforce has made worlds and it's existence holds the world of LoZ together. Fi is on that level.

And she's very potently capable of manipulating, dispelling, and repelling magic. That's plenty of firepower against a verse that seemingly runs on magic, but her wielder is an epic badass, too, and with other potent weapons in his arsenal. The Ice arrows for example have flash frozen a volcano. [And his normal arrows can escape the atmosphere, wound creatures that survive volcanic explosions, and put your eye out if you're not careful.]

But again, my knowledge of Fairy Tale amounts to what I've been told. I think Fi's the right sword for the job, though.
