Never let anyone else define you. Don't be a jerk just to be a jerk, but if you are expressing your true inner feelings and beliefs, or at least trying to express that inner child, and everyone gets pissed off about it, never NEVER apologize for it. Let them think what they want, let them define you in their narrow little minds while they suppress every last piece of them just to keep a friend that never liked them for themselves in the first place.
Wanda would lose against Diana as well unless you are using her at her peak. If that's the case, that puts her completely out of the tier this thread is asking for.
This was powering through her attacks. She thought she was going to die. Wonder Woman would blitz and tie her up before she even got the chance to attack back and yes, that's in character for her.

Note carver..i initially said when pushed her power well is deep. She just doesnt like using chaos magic that extreme because its so dangerous.
