Colossus is a non factor with his disability to fly.
One good "hammer toss" from Steel and he's out for the count.
Once Colossus is out... between Tony and John, I give the majority to Tony.
Steel has the access to technology to beat Stark...unfortunately...it seems he doesn't like to put it into his suit.
