No, dude. She saw the bullet coming, moved her head to the left as it neared her. Yeah, the bullet was a bit wide to the right, but she still saw it and dodged.
Look at 1:18, she dodges there too, 2 bullets at once. She sees the bullets coming and moves her head out of the way.

It doesn't matter where the bullet hit. What matters is that she saw the bullet and reacted in time.
Moot point, because even though the second bullet was wide right, the first bullet was dead on, coming right at her head. She saw the bullet coming, moved her head to the side, and you can literally see the bullet trail pass where her head was.
So yeah, she's a bullet timer.

that was a birds eye view shot so i couldnt even tell how close it was it could have easily went 3inches above her head leading to another unecassary head bob
