You imply that Cap isn't already superhuman... I know what the handbooks state but at the same time the man has durability feats without his shield in the high meta low herald range... let alone the fact that his shots hurt bricks that any "peak" human has no business throwing punches at unless they want their hands broken.
Paul's a meta capable of knocking Bryan around, and he's beaten dudes like Heihachi. A weaker Bryan wasn't even moved by a tank shell when it was shot at him, and Heihachi survived an explosion that busted his temple, and flung him a good distance away.
Batman's a street level character without his gadgets and prep.
It's spite in Paul's favour.
Then again, the Batkick >

You do Know Ultimate Captain America owned the Hulk who is Devil Jin times 100. Besides Kazuya beat Devil Jin in Tekken 6 and Captain America in 1610 is Superhuman not Peak. so i say Cap Overall
Kazuya's never beaten Devil Jin. He's never even beaten regular Jin (sadly). That ending is a WHAT IF. In canon he didn't get to fight Jin in Tekken 6, he stalemated Lars and left.
Also Ultimate Hulk is no 616 Hulk powerwise afaik. And Cap is no Hulk anyway even though he managed to beat him. Happens in comics all the time. He's a superhuman slightly below Ult Spider-man physically. Regular Jin easilly tops Ult Parker. And DJ has about every advantage here except for skill which is debatable.

I don't even know why Jin gets all of the love and attention when Kazuya was a perfect blend of good and bad. Someone who is merely the product of their environment and the way his father raised him. Kazuya will always be the better character between the two in my opinion.
