That comparison is faulty because it gives one of the versatile character's big advantages to the other side.... range. A better analogy would be a guy with a gun that has a range of one inch vs a guy with a halberd. Or maybe a guy with a big gun vs a guy with a smaller gun that somehow has longer range and a tactical flashlight capable of blinding the enemy mounted to the barrel

Or a guy with the world's most advanced smartphone, which can take the world's sharpest photographs, browse the internet at lightning speeds, watch films in 4k resolution, somehow is able to output full surround sound, has a 10 day battery life, etc etc, in a brawl with a guy who has a pair of brass knuckles.

I didn't use JUST that scan as reference to Surfer speed. Don't think that's how this works because if that's the case, Spiderman>>>the speed of light.

Not irrelevant. It's just part of what Surfer has done speed wise. You posting thought processing speed fts for Cyborg doesn't show us how he would handle a blitz.

So you're saying that the scan with Surfer breaking out of his bonds IS part of Surfer's speed feats? So it counts? Simple q, really
