I think this is a great fight. I think Goblin takes it but only slightly.

They both got long range options. Both guys have decent aim (maybe bat's has better because of the nature of his batarang).

I would say physical stats all go to Goblin so close range would be for bat's. GG aint dumb, he is imo faster, stronger, greater agility, and durability. But Batman has superior skills but GG aint no slouch in h2h (as IP he just sucks).

Batman could edge out some wins but not more so then losing.
