Thats why Slade referenced his stats advantage against Bruce in there fight as well. As he stated he would have hated to fight Batman without his enhancement.

does anybody know if the cable lifting feat of slade where he was said to be as strong as a hundred men if he was augmented further?
also is the old 80's slade the same as the current one or was he retconned with the rest of DC, like when supergirl and barry died?
was he made more lower to a peak/meta human?

As far as I know, COIE didn't really effect Slade too much as far as canon is concerned. Most of his depowerment/deaths take place in his ongoing which was in the early 90's.
