Ok he helped as I always new he did in that Avengers issue, my focus was on Secret Wars #9,

This is where it get's interesting, what you didn't show the public I will.

Molecule Man was COMATOSED for the better part of that issue, and EVEN in that condition HE ALONE was holding the EARTH TOGETHER with HIS OWN power, and it is repeated several times how weak and sucked out of energy he was after battling the Beyonder to his near death.

Here are the scans in order before we come to those scans where Silver Surfer gives him a boost of energy so he can do his magic.
