To me, the GL can split with Surfer at their top potential, so there is a chance Kyle and Hal would do it, not anyone lower.
Supers bites it. A good level psychic can hurt the Surfer.
What about Quasar prior to his death or Anihilus with the Q.bands?

Nope, Surfer has top notch resistance to psychics.

APOC just gets war hulk on the surfer
or juggy
or combines them and lets cytorrak war hulk kill the him
APOC's lackeys can take care of him
The Surfer could solo every version of Hulk and every Juggernaut cytorrak has ever made. Simultaneously, whilst raping Apocaylpse with his surfboard.

But people notice it enough that they get very sentative (esp when it comes to Surfer).
And responding to my post doesn't make me change my mind who I think can beat him.
Oh and I never said who would take a majority against Surfer, just listed people who can beat him.

Well, I don't know exactly what sentativity is, but I very much doubt that you posting your ignorant bullshit over and over again is going to get to anyone....
All that it'll accomplish is for you to get laughed at, like the stock of fanboys we have elsewhere; xmeat, DevilGoblin, and etc.
After all, those two think that the Hulk could take on the Surfer, or a Green Lantern, or the Flash, but them spamming their opinion all over the place doesn't make them any less wrong.

I've noticed some thing, I've been here a couple of years now, and I've noticed just recently we have had an influx of new members, some whom are very uhm eccentric.
My question is, is this normal?

The only two who definitely have what it takes to defeat the Silver Surfer are Thanos and Hulk. Thor would get completely obliterated. Beta Ray Bill would be utterly vaporized. Superman would also fall to the cosmic tin foil man.

And just why would Hulk be able to defeat SS and the others not?

The Hulk is impervious to the "Gamma drain plot device" and once he gets his hands on the tin foil man, he's bound to smash SS into silver confetti. The SS will try to blast away at the Hulk but to no avail. He will then attempt to battle the Hulk hand to hand augmenting his strength to the max with his power cosmic. When the battle goes to hand to hand, the Hulk is going to rip him apart. The SS has been prone to damage from blows and there is no one who is better than the Hulk. Hulk rules all. Case closed.

Classic or Current Firelord is a match for SS. Not the Jobber who lost to Spidey. As noble as Rand is, that staff matches mjolnir and force blasts by Mr. Silver Skin.

this has got to be the best argumentation in favor of a character i have ever seen. My sincere congratulations, you did a great job in explaining why the hulk will always los ... sorry, win against the Silver Surfer. Did you come up with that yourself, or did you read it somewhere, as it sounds suspiciously professional

How? (and what makes it a plot device?)
