Damage..he had a few minor cuts and scratches from being inside the black hole when it closed, so Surfer black hole aint doing much. Which you have still yet to prove would do anything or that Surfer can even do that to the degree you are claiming.
It wasn't shown, nor stated, or explained. How do you know that Thanos wasn't in the part of the ship that wasn't destroyed? How do you know that Thanos didn't teleport away to save his life? It was definitely more than minor cuts. Thanos was severely wounded. He had robots tend to his injuries for crying out loud.

Because the small bit of debris that remained was clearly shown on panel with Thanos not among the debris. *sigh* Again because the Skrull ship that he teleported aboard didnt pass the exect area the black hole occured untill a couple of hours later(all stated on panel) Stop lying troll, the robots put on a couple of bandages and mopped up a few spots of blood, hell Thanos was able to talk to Gamora with no signs of pain or discomfort.

Thanos doesn't have to be shown in order for him to not be there. He could have been inside one of the broken parts of the ship.

smaller black holes are more destructive than larger black holes (in terms of size of event horizon). Trust me, it is true.

The writer never once tried to show Thanos was near death, hell Thanos was sat chatting to Gamora.

Then we must question the strength of the black hole at it's core. Obviously it wasn't strong enough to destroy the entire ship. This means the feat is even worst for Thanos, especially when he could have died. So Surfer owns Thanos with the black hole strategy.
That's completely contradictory to comics. In one thread you champion Odin despite him not defeating Thanos and in another you ignore Thanos' onesided beatdown of the Surfer. Objectivity is what I bring to the table.
