I'm almost a little surprised that the army even bothers to get involved.
They're spending an unimaginable amount of money on trying to take down someone who's pretty much invulnerable. Adamantium bullets in example are expensive as hell, equipping around a 100 soldiers with it is gonna cost 'em. Not to mention all the choppers, tanks and such it's going to take.
Anyways, I don't imagine Nightcrawler attempting to teleport off any of the Hulk's limbs, but Iceman and Storm should be a challenge. As should Darwin and Multiple man.
