Ragnos isn't an unknown. He was one of the first Sith Lords ever and Kreia said he was quite powerful, both physically and in the force. Still, I do think Orbalisk Bane would win, but not easily. As for the others, well here's what I think:
Dooku Vs. Maul-Dooku wins
Plo Koon Vs. Kit Fisto-Kit Fisto wins
Kit Fisto Vs. Count Dooku-Count Dooku wins
Dooku and Bane then destroy Ragnos together.

Other then that, he defeated Simus (another unknown)ruled for 100 years, declared Kun DLOTS and lost to Jaden in Tavion's body. That's about all we know about him. Which is not enough to put him in a vs thread.

Yeah its funny how some fanboys(not hinting at anyone here) think ragnos is t3h ub3r f@rc3 god because he ruled the sith empire for over 100 years and nobody had the balls to challenge him.
By that logic the sith emperor would be even more ub3r l33t and a literal force god seeing that he ruled the true sith empire for over a thousand years and at the same time rebuilding it and preparing them to conquer the republic which for all intents and purposes, he succeeded.
We know ragnos is powerful, but how powerful is inconclusive. He has done almost absolutely nothing in the force except getting his ass wiped by a jedi knight(which is probably due to him not using the force for 5000 years and the fact that he is not in his original body).
