Well Vestera is apparently kinda of cute and Barriss doesn't seem too bad. Asoka is a kid so only a cad would suggest that she should win.
I'm gonna go with Vestara since I have this thing for bad girls with cute scars.

2 on 1? I'd bet on the pair. Luke commented Vestara seemed knight level. Barriss is solidly skilled at Soresu, and Ashoka is good enough to be useful. So with two blades to one, they should win.
