The High-Council was nothing but a bunch pussies + Yoda at this point.
Everyone but Yoda is a non-factor, and Luke could effortlessly take Yoda out.
I'd say Luke would lose in the same manner that Palpatine lost to Mace and his Lackeys, however. Numbers do mean a lot.

I think you're underestimating the jedi council if you believe everyone but Yoda was pathetic. As mentioned, some could use battle meditation to boost Yoda against Luke.
That is true, we see what that did to aid Luke against Sidious in Dark Empire.

Remember, the high council are basically the top jedi in the order in terms of a combination of wisdom, intelligence and combat skills. So where council members lack in combat abilities, they make up for in smart tactics etc. All the reason why they are chosen as part of the council.
So although NJO Luke stands as the most powerful jedi, the sheer numbers of the council easily make up for it.
I have a big bias towards Luke, but he should not be able to beat all these masters.

How is Mace any weaker? Contrary to popular belief TPM Mace does have Vaapad. Both Padawan Kenobi and Anakin were stated to have wanted to study Vaapad.
As for this fight. Master Ranciss uses Battle Meditation, the Jedi Council then proceeds to stomp this match up.
I think Anakin with Oneness could decimate the entire Council TBH.
Abeloth was another such being, 12 times stronger than Luke by FOTJ, her telekinetic blast did more than just desintegrate like Vitiate, it took conscious form and level a city.
Anakin was stronger than that when subduing Son and Daughter on Mortis by attaining Oneness via Mortis, which had equal energy to the Force.

Theres actually a Non Canon comic where if father didnt save anakin from the darkside then Anakin wouldve killed father, daughter, obiwan, and ahsoka, then travel to courasant, with the son, and kill sidious and yoda
