This comes down to the age old D&D question of which is better, the knight or the sorceror? If Nox can overwhelm Darth Vader from a distance with her extensive use of Force Powers then she wins. If Vader can somehow tank that then he wins.

Not that he would imo. Too much lightning and sorcery. And he couldn't overcome her in sabers (easily) imo. She'd beat him with the Force more likely than that.

This is a tough one. I have to say Nox just for the fact that he/she isn't just a Force beast but he/she also uses a saberstaff. Now I know Vader can totally tank and stomp her, but she should be able to hold out and kill him with Force one way or another.
Nox is quite capable of defeating Vader. He's no slouch with a lightsaber; I doubt Vader would win a duel easily. Add this to the fact that Nox's Force prowess is above Vader's significantly, and I'd give Nox the all-out after a close, good fight.
