I'm inclined to say Thanaton, though if Nihl can get within saber-striking range it might be game over, I'd say Thanaton has a 7/10 cance of winning

Nihl's definitely more skilled, but probably isn't too capable of holding up to Thanaton's Force powers, especially the Sorcery, which, as far as I know, Nihl isn't well-versed against. So probably Thanaton for the win, but in the few rounds where Nihl manages to get up close, he won't have to stay there very long given how outclassed Thanaton is with a blade.
