Probably team 2. Caedus and Mace Windu is pretty even as far as I'm aware though I may be udnerestimating Caedus, and the difference between Luke and Yoda is greater than the difference between Exar Kun and Krayt.
Krayt demolishing Cade in sabers is a more impressive saber feat than Kun stalemating Ulic. Without an amp Mace isn't beating Caedus in sabers, its a good fight though

Thread says no amp or prep time tho, and his vaapad amp didn't work against Maul or Bulq.
There is no reason to assume it'd put him above Caedus

Other than the fact it isn't clear if Sidious through the fight or lost it and it was circumstantial? Again prove that it'd work when it didn't againt Bulq or Maul

Mace defeated Bulq, who was also using Vaapad btw, and the Maul fight was inconclusive. Vaapad didn't need to be used to put Mace on their level, he already was.
I assume you mean "threw" and stalemating Sidious like he did points to Mace being better than Caedus even if Sidious threw the fight, which he didn't. And the circumstances don't matter because the thread state's Mace is at his best.
Bulq never mastered or explicitly utilized Vaapad, he was driven insane by it. If his style put him above Sidious as your implying, he would've blinkstomped Bulq and Maul. Its obviously pretty damn inconsistent, and there is no reason to believe it'd work imo.

He fought very well against a high level Jedi while cut off from the Force. That's an absolutely ridiculous display of pure swordsmanship. Factor in that when he could access the Force, he was an extremely powerful Force User, and it's fairly obvious that he would have been an extremely proficient duelist in his prime.
Exar was similarly talented and significantly more powerful.
That they fought so evenly doesn't really discredit either of them, it simply establishes that they were both around that same level of brilliance. Possibly the two best duelists ever imo.
