Ah, well team 1 should still take it.
Vader is the MVP, while GG is at a disadvantage against anyone he duels because he lacks proper protection against the Force - sans - Luke probably because of his inexperience with the kind of style The General brings to the table. He isn't beating Vader or Maul for a majority.

Ok Vader beats Mace. If Maul abuses force he beats Grevious but if it's a pure saber match than it could last long enough for Dooku to take down Luke. However Vader would still be occupied by Windu and Grevious can get dookus help and then Vader can't take all of them at once.

Hmmm. Vader is the strongest presence on the field, but ROTJ Luke is the weakest, and Maul can't take Dooku.
Team 1 has to one shot Grievous with the Force, and then win the resulting 3 on 2. Vader can and probably would 1 shot Grievous
Once Grievous is down, Dooku probably finds ROTJ Luke about like AOTC Anakin...untrained, unskilled power. Maul is harder to deal with then Obi Wan, though.
Meanwhile, Vader has his hands full with Mace.
