Yoda struggles to lift large objects in aotc and to redirect the pod Sidious threw at him in rots, whereas Vader lifts an ATST pretty easily during his duel with Kanan and Ezra..

Jensaarai1 summed it perfectly in his Yoda vs. Malek video. Yoda has the power and skill/precision, he just isn't as quick on the draw as others (at least when it comes to the big stuff).

For example in his fight with Palpatine, the Sith Lord was chucking senate pods like they were weightless. Yoda had the power to respond in kind, he just couldn't gather that power quickly enough. He was only able to catch a pod and throw it back because Palpatine got overconfident and eased off the pressure (to Yoda's credit he had to throw the pod up which would have been harder as he had to work against gravity).

The same thin happens in AOTC when Dooku drops that pillar. Given time to gather his energy Yoda could move it easy, but since he didn't he struggled. Vader is less powerful than Yoda but he's able to gather his power more quickly.

That being said Yoda would ultimately prevail.

Vader must really be a trashy fighter if far inferior Force wielders are capable of tagging him. What hope would he have against a much faster and much more powerful individual than Ahsoka?
