Krell wins. He pushed back a dozen Clones, which is an equivalent of a small army apparently, then killed like 20 of them. He also didn't accidentally kill himself while wielding his lightsabers which somehow also makes him impressive.
Krell survived using two double-bladed lightsabers.
Sirak didn't survive against Trainee Bane.
