Obi Wan vs. Galen Marek (sabers only)
Luke vs. Revan (TP battle)
Cin Drallig vs. Naga Sadow (sabers only)
Sidious vs. Exar Kun (sorcery battle)
Caedus vs. Maul (damage soak contest)
Ragnos vs. Savage (hand to hand)
Kyp (right when he meets Exar) vs. ESB Luke
Anakin vs. Darth Thanaton (Force battle)

8. Probably Kyp by a notch.

I would think Sadow, but again, there's really not much of an argument to be made one way or the other.

I'm not even really sure what a "sorcery battle" entails, but Palpatine is better than Kun in just about everything we've seen them both do, and I'm not sure that this is an exception.

Damage soak meaning how much punishment one can take. Pain tolerance/durability.

Caedus, yeah. He basically learnt to ignore pain and fighting on after losing an arm/getting gutted by a lightsaber is incredible and far beyond anything Maul's demonstrated.

Either way, maybe. Vitiate's primary use of TK is defensive, and so far none of his TK feats are approaching Vader's. I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt due to insane power in other fields, more than anything else.
