The Outlander in his actualized prime.

Valkorion amp exists as a boost of power, and may allow HoT to saber blocK.

The Outlander gets full heal and rest after each round.

How far does he get?

Idk where you have him, but in sabers I have Outlander just shy of prime Vader, adding the Valkorion shield amp just makes it easier for me to say he wins with comfort IMO

Yeah. Anakin > Vader, tho, especially in sabers. I have the Outlander around Kenobi/Maul as duelist.
