Battle takes place inside the Jadus' capital ship

Round 1: no ghost interference
Round 2: Nox can draw on her ghost haxx

That's basically what I assumed, but I feel like Nox might win round 1 as well, given she has Force Shroud, which compensates for Jadus' teleportation IMO
