Well, the power scaling becomes interesting here.

Yoda > Vjun! Dooku by a modest degree.

RotJ Sidious > RotJ Vader by what's probably a larger degree, but RotJ Sidious > RotS Sidious ~ Yoda, with the gap between RotJ and RotS Sidious probably being fairly significant.

Vader is 80% of ROTS Sidious or ROTJ depending on how you interpret Lucas' comments. In either scenario, Vader has well and beyond scaled past Yoda.

Stahp. Vader was in the same quote stated to be closer to Dooku and Maul than Sidious.

The 80% means absolutely nothing until you can quantify the percentages of the other characters you're comparing to.
