Yaddle with mid diff in my opinion. Dooku was clearly her superior, but it was still a fight, while Ventress was badly stomped by him. Anyway, I'm not sure if Dooku was as focused against Yaddle as he was against Ventress. Not sure if he really wanted to kill Yaddle at that point. Rather he had to.

I'm unsure. All we know about canon Yaddle is that she was obviously inferior to a Dooku who seemed to be very conflicted in that moment.
I'd argue that Ventress could at least do as well as Yaddle did against Dooku in sabers based on their fight in DD. Dunno though.
