The three gang up on the Nexy and kill it. Cody and Bly are both second generation Clone Commanders and thus have been given ARC Training by Alpha. In the Cantina they may be able to overpower Anakin. There's little space for them to move but many obstacles.
Anakin was able to survive Geonosis, this means he has no problems deflecting blaster bolts. This makes the clones useless, they cannot hurt him from far away, and you do not get close to a jedi.
Using a lightsaber Obi-Wan owned the ackley, which was the most dangerous animal in the arena. Anakin could easily do the same to the nexu.
As for the clones, he can deflect the blaster bolts back at them, force push them, jump at them and stab them, use the force to fling objects at them. The possibilities are endless, but in all of them Anakin wins

2. They weren't hoarded into a ring and killed. The Republic did sustain numerous losses at Geonosis, before they put the Confederates on the run. It's different.

Still, if thousands of Clones can survival the Battle of Geonosis surly ARC troopers would stand a chance in the arena.
I don't know. What do ARC's have? Lets see... they wear Phase II clone trooper armor. They were armed with the Westar-M5 heavy repeating blaster and the DC-17 hand blasters. They had Frag grenades and Reverse-polarity pulse grenades. When heavier firepower is required, and it likely will be in this case, ARC Troopers acquired reciprocating quad blasters, PLX-1 missile launchers or Z-6 rotary blaster cannons.
Yeah, and the Nexu's dozens of teeth and claws are extremely dull.
One hit with a lightsaber? Yeah. One push through a wall? Yeah right. Listen, a single Clone Commando proved to be stronger than Etain Tur-Mukan. Etain's not the strongest Jedi but she's definitely more than 50% of AOTC Anakin. So if a single Commando can best her then two ARC Troopers, which are stronger than Commandos, could surely beat Anakin.
Cody and Bly aren't ARCs, and ARCs don't carry ALL of that on them anyways. Usually they use the hand plasters and the repeater. Only specialists carry the reciprocating quad, or the rotary blaster, or the missile launcher. In any case, Anakin could easily disarm them with a Force pull, or just block the shots. With the missile launcher, he can divert the rocket. With the grenades...pfft...why bother using grenades against a Jedi? It doesn't work! They just push it back.
Meh, the Nexu pretty much got owned. Padme kicked it and it was crying on the ground. The Acklay is much larger, has natural armor, and the spikes and such...the Nexu is faster, but much weaker...
And you keep forgetting that these are Commanders, not Commandos or ARCs.
They were second generation ARC's, trained by Alpha.
ARC's do always carry grenades and blasters, though. And if they were going up against Anakin it'd only be logical for them to have larger artillery.

Yeah, I think the Acklay is stronger than the Nexu but that the Reek is the strongest. Point being the sharpness of their claws, legs or teeth arn't always the winning factor.
No, I'm not forgetting that. Both of them are second generation Clone Commandos. Second generation Clone Commandos were given ARC training.
The 2 commanders might be able to take down Anakin, & it depends on who the Nexu attacks, if it attacks the clones anakin wins, if it attacks anakin, the clones win
