I'd actually go with Maul. I mean, Luke's the better pilot but if Maul's got his Sith Infiltrator, Scimitar, and all Luke has is his X-Wing, well, Maul's ship is far superior and Maul himself is a good pilot, as he demonstrated in Shadow Hunter.
