No. There is no chance in hell that Yoda and Dooku, no matter how skilled or powerful they are, could take on 1200 footsoldiers, a vicious bounty hunter, a powerful Dark Jedi killer, and a dinky Padawan. It's the footsoldiers that do them in. There are too many. Jedi cannot take on that many soldiers on their own. Otherwise, the clonetroopers would not have been needed at all!

Indeed. While Dooku and Yoda would be preoccupied with putting up with Ventress's antics and dodging shots from Zuckuss and Bossk, they'd also be trying to fight 1200 soldiers. Ain't happening.
