Iron Maiden is a great heavy 80`s band , Ac/Dc, Van Halen,
Judas Priest, Ac/Dc, Black Sabbath made some good albums in the 80`s (Heaven and Hell, Mob Rules, Headless Cross)

Wow, a Pixies fan. Thought almost noone here would know who they are. But the Pixies are easily one of my favorite bands along with Joy Division, New Order, Depeche Mode.
