Then there's lots I'd just throw in the "Crap Pile" like X-Men, Hulk, Constantine, Elektra, Hellboy, Punisher, Batman Forever, Batman and Robin, League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, etc.
No, not entirely, but I don't think it had enough redeeming qualities to warrant a place on my 'list.' Catholic doctrine on crack with sub-par acting and so-so effects and story doesn't make my cut.

The tripe that calls itself Elektra isn't on my list for i hate it so...
Top three: 1. Batman Begins 2. Fantastic four 3. X2/SM2. Both X2 andSM2 had some very annoying qualities which I shan't discuss (lol I'm a superduper tough movie critic lol )
The best of the daywalker trilogy, I didn't know who Blade was before the movie was released.
Blade has the dark atmosphere, the drama, the thirst of vengeance, all the elements of this character, with no race, and no one helping him, except for his mentor, until he get killed.
Blade is strong, fast, tough, he show no mercy, and acts like a pimp between vampires, Wesley Snipes martial arts skills make the fights look spectacular in every moment. The final showdown, with Blade jumping from 30feet, then stomping every single vampire before dealing with La Magra, shows how badass can be a "hero" without spandex, capes or freakin details, just with a body armor, tactical pants and Okley sunglassess ^^
Spider-Man
Great movie, I've wait for it for years, then it comes.
We've got Spidey's nerd lifestyle, the good family, then the changes, superpowers, love, but most important, a nemesi, Green Goblin, played from an excellent Willem Dafoe, altough the costume ruined the character I think, GG wears spandex, not an armor.
The movie in the complex was still great, CGI made well, fightning scenes in perfect comic book style, flying fights, leaps, punches, kicks, web tricks, goblin gadgets.
The superhero with superproblems line was kept thanks to the enviroment of Peter Parker's life portrayed in the right manner, JJJ was freakin fun, and Peter's friendship with Harry is a key factor to the development of the saga.Sam Raimi showed us that the wait for the web slinger movie was worth of it.
