Think about it for a minute.Captain America is overrated.
Why?

If superheroes were forced to take drug test,Cap would,without a doubt test positive for steriods.He took the Super Soldier Serum.What is it in all reality?

THE ULTIMATE STEROID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Caps been juice" N " all these years and it's about time he got called out on it!I demand Joe Quesada or however you spell his name make Captain America take a madatory drug test!
(But if Cap is still dead then just ignore this)

What other heroes need tested?

Not only is it common knowledge already, but Captain America has lost the super soldier serum before and had to proven himself just as much of a man without it.
