one of my new favs is "Anna ni Issho Datta no ni" from gundam seed.

but personally all bleach endings are the best. bleach is an amazing show with an OUTSTANDING soundtrack

The ending to "Kodomo no Jikan" has a very catchy song, which is why I like it.
