 Kaze no Stigma

Has anyone heard any rumors as to whether there will be a second season produced for the anime? Me and the wife really enjoyed this show and it ends with so much more to offer. I know that the writer died of an illness after the first season, but I know that he had like 4 light novels worth of the story finished.
