Darth Zannah -vs- Agen Kolar, Saesee Tiin, Kit Fisto
It is the time of the evening, before the commencement of Order 66.
Anakin Skywalker appears before Mace Windu in the Hangar, to tell Mace Windu of the true identity of Chancellor Palpatine.
Telling Skywalker to stay out of the conflict, Windu takes three Jedi Masters, Kolar, Tinn and Fisto, with him, to arrest Palpatine.
While enroute to do this, however, an incoming call from a Jedi scout, informs Windu that a possible Acolyte had been found on another planet and that it requires immediate investigation.
Understanding the potential gravity of the situation, Windu decides he can handle the Chancellor - and dispatches Kolar, Tinn and Fisto to the far-flung world cited by the Jedi scout.
That world turns out to be Ambria.
The "sighting" entailed by the scout, was in actuality a time-dispersion wave that had opened up, creating a temporary-rift that showed the Ambria of Bane's time.
Kolar, Tinn and Fisto, land their Gunship on that world - as Darth Zannah traveled to Caleb's camp to meet and challenge Darth Bane for Sith supremacy.
Enroute, the Jedi Masters and the Sith Lord run into each other.
Darth Zannah stands 15 Feet away, facing them and recognizing them as Jedi.
Summoning up the power of the Dark side, she will kill them as a warm-up to fight her true challenge: Bane.
The Jedi Masters recognize her as a possible Acolyte of Sidious and ready themselves to kill or arrest her - as they would do with Sidious.

If I recall, Bane is much better with a lightsaber, but Zannah is deadly with the Force in some aspects.

They should give Zannah at least some trouble - or does she kill them all relatively quickly?

Her Force abilities would crush them. She would break their minds and tentacle them to death before they knew what happened.
If it came down to an actual saber duel, based on what's been shown by those three I doubt that she would prevail. There's the possibility that she would find an opening to unleash the Force on them, but her combat skills are almost purely defensive and taking the time to wait for openings against three skilled combatants is a death sentence.

- Yeah, in retrospect, her ability to hurt even an aging-Bane like that, was more than impressive enough to give her the win, here.
