War killed Hell born demons like Tiamat and Straga with relative ease, he has shown considerable strength feats that trump Spidey, and is, for lack of a better word, the living EMBODIMENT of war/combat/fighting.

Cosmic Spider-Man would rapestomp War. War is basically a mid meta, above Spider-Man in most areas, probably not speed, but it's debatable wether Spider-Man can put him down with a blitz anyway.

The thing with Darksider characters is that none of them have ever shown their full power. Since they don't gain their full power until the 7 seals are broken.
I'd have to say War with his physical stats weapons and magic could take Spider man though.
