Minato has the best chance. Danzo'll be run out of eyes by the others, Jiraiya has the most versatility, Tsunade the best endurance, but it'll take team work to take down Minato.
Shisui, for all we know, could have simply let Danzo take his eye, for fear of his clan being slaughtered. You're forgetting that Danzo controls the entirety of Root and the Anbu Black ops, which are both Jonin+ level ninja academies.
He only did well against Sasuke because of Izanami. Sasuke, as we saw, could have killed him by partially summoning Susano'o's arm.
Either way, Danzo is going to be using Izanami constantly here, while none of his attacks do anything to any of the others, and all that's going to do is gain him a minute or two of survival.
He still has no chance, even one on one, against anyone of these people.

That isn't secondary cannon, lol. That is anime-only filler. Not made by Masashi Kishimoto.
That's like saying SSJ Goku got hurt by a rock Krillin threw. Or that Ichigo lost to a vampire.
Either way, in cannon, Danzo is physically weaker than Sasuke right after he fought Raikage. Shisui was insinuated to be around Itachi's level. If Shisui was that weak though, then that changes nothing other than the fact that Shisui would be nothing compared to the Raikage. That scene, even if it WAS any kind of cannon, which it isn't, as it's just simple anime-only filler, it still would change NOTHING.
Minato > Jiraiya > Tsunade > Raikage > Danzo.

Except those few episodes reflect on Itachi's time as an ANBU and works its way up all the way to the Uchiha Massacare and doesn't contradict any event in the manga but rather gives it more substance. Completely different from a single filler gag scene.
Jiraiya is weaker than Orochimaru who got one-shotted by a Mangekyo Sharingan user 1/4th his age. Also big lol at Tsunade being stronger than Danzo and Raikage, but you are the same guy who thinks Itachi can beat Madara, so. I mean apparently Tsunade can somehow put MS Sasuke on the ropes.

Minato can place seals on anything. He can just places seals around the battlefield that could counter the removal of his kunai until his toads take care of Danzo's summons.
However, Danzo loses very early to all these characters.
Reasons:
1. Danzo has NO attacks that would be effective against ANY of these characters at full power. Tsunade could tank all his jutsu PERIOD with mitotic regeneration, Raikage could tank them with his raiton armor, Jiraiya could do the same in sage mode, and Minato could either warp out of OR tank all his attacks in Biju mode. The only thing that he could use to beat any of them is Koto Amatsukami, and even that only takes out one character. His smartest move would be to use it against Minato, and have him attack the others, but he's a jinchuriki, meaning he's immune to genjutsu, so...
2. Danzo's only defense against the attacks of these characters, which would normally one-shot him, is Izanagi, which only gives him defense for, what, a minute and a half, I think? With all his eyes, that is.
3. Danzo would get blitzed by all these characters, CASUALLY, other than Tsunade. Even Sasuke, who got shit-blitzed by Raikage, blitzed Danzo. Jiraiya, Minato, and Raikage are all capable of moving ridiculously faster than characters that are ridiculously faster than that.
