Um, first off, tl;dr. What's the purpose of a fight with this many people? There's no discussion to be had.
Second, what are you using as your yardstick for meta? There's everything from high street to Trans. tier in here. And the moon setting means that half would suffocate before they ever threw a punch. Just not a lot of thought put into the stips.
Third, Popeye w/2 cans of spinach wins. Toon power trumps all.
It goes largely ignored, but yeah. But it gets tacitly enforced with threads like this, though, because everyone kinda collectively says "Yeah, too much"
Waaaaay too many characters to debate here. Also, why the hell are darkseid, thanos, popeye, and the doctor in this fight? You might as well throw in Odin and galactus.
The few deathslash mentioned are the frontrunners, Doctor included. If Reed knew what he was prepping for, he'd have a chance too. I rank toon powers above pretty much anything in comics, though, so Popeye would be my pick. But yeah, 95% of the combatants are just filling up space in the OP.
Yeah, I didn't even see Thanos or Darkseid when I was skimming the list.
This thread is funny. It represents the entire spirit of why this forum is around, but also ignores that this forum is around... thousands of threads trying to figure out 'Who is the top Meta?'.
I missed Thanos and 'seid as well. I basically stopped once I saw Popeye. The Loony Tunes, Squirrel Girl, Herbie Popnecker...there's a damn short list that can match Popeye's irrational omnipotence.
