Asgard vs Hala

After 21 films and AoS we are finally getting a good picture over the MCU's prime universe and the different worlds that exert power over this. However, two races come on top when power is concerned, the Asgardians and the Kree.

So, giving the latest feats, which empire comes on top?

R1: Technology

R2: Weaponry (Not counting superweapons like the ones found in Odin's treasure room)

R3: Race (Which race is overall the strongest, excluding individuals like Hela, Odin and Thor for Asgard).

Who takes this?

most likely Asgard.. what we've seen of Hala says that they aren't a match for Asgard.
