Yoda VS Sidious (No Force)

OOkay, the fight is between Yoda and Sidious, two of the best, but theres one limitation, they can't use the force. At all.

That means no force speed, no strength, no insane acrobatics and no making up for age. Just two old guys going at it.

3 rounds:

1: Fist fight. They have too batterthe other into submission
2: Long range. They can throw rocks at each other, providing that they can lift them.
3: All-out. They can fight or throw rocks. They each get a dead fish as a weapon. Yoda gets a smaller fish.

Who would win?

Yoda walks towards Sidious, but promptly gets a heart attack. Sidious, gloating on his victory by laughing some old person's laugh, dies from a stroke.
