Marr soundly defeated a powerful Sith Lord (Darth Lachris*) in a confrontation in which he tested her abilities. Details in the SWTOR article The Price of Power.
Speed:-
Marr is immensely fast. He can move so fast that another even a fully trained Sith Lord can find it virtually impossible to detect him in motion.
Marr approached her with slow, deliberate steps, hands resting on the small of his back. Her master never rushed, always maintained an appearance of control. "I sense a similar hunger for power in you. Do not bother denying it."
"I see no reason to."
In an instant, he was gone. Her nostrils flared slightly as she tried to sense his presence.
"You believe you have earned that power, but you are mistaken," his voice thundered behind her.
She did not flinch. Lachris had been Darth Marr's apprentice long enough to know when he was testing her. He pulled out his holocom to display the Nevoota system and zoomed in to focus on a single planet.

Marr have endured severe wounds and decay with his power.
The Sith are notorious for wearing elaborate armored robes and intimidating masks to hide their true faces. These majestic guises are inspired by ancient Sith legends and mythology, projecting a terrifying image of dark omnipotence. The regal Darth Marr hides his face behind such as mask. Rumors surround Moff Xerxian's private audience with Marr, after the Moff failed to quell a violent uprising on Sullust. Supposedly Marr removed his mask and Moff Xerxian gazed upon the Dark Lord's ruined visage. Afterward, the Moff dictated a letter of resignation, and then shot himself.

The most impressive thing I find is being able to stop an assault better than a planetary shield. That's simply referring to his strategies yes?
