S6 TCW Anakin.

Feats for It'kla and Desertwind: Individually defeating opponents that are above the Female Saarai-Kaar, who is >= I, Jedi Corran Horn.

I don't see why he stomps.

The other two had already beaten guys on another level from the Female Saarai-Kaar.

Then you have someone who is legitimately stalemating POST-AOTC Anakin Skywalker, and having increased in terms of lightsaber dueling skills since then, as Jedi Trials notes that he does.

On top of the fact that the battle takes place when the Clone Wars are nearing their end, while Halcyon's duel with Anakin takes place RIGHT after AOTC, though probably after his duel with Ventress.
