Posting Hyperspace Pictures (and other such material)
A number of queries about the issue of posting Hyperspace pictures have been cropping up lately.
As far as we are concerned right now, the situation is this. You can post anything you like so long as material whose legality is in question is not stored on our servers.
Which is to say- do not use the attachments system, to post them! You can link to them, and you can even use IMG tags to make them appear on-screen here. That is fine- just seeing the pic here is no trouble at all. But if you use the attachment system, the material is actually on our servers and then we could be liable.
So if in doubt, either link it or IMG tag it- don't attach it.

Since the pictures are not to be hosted on this server, I suppose this means that we are not allowed to use them as avatars?
