it is possible PVS lets his temper get the better of him from time to time, but from what i can remember (without rereading the entire thread), a lot of people came on here saying "Where has all the stuff gone? Things have changed. What's happened?"
and PVS answered their questions, filled them in on what has been going on and the reasons for the current tone of the board, as well as suggestions for the best way to navigate in the new climate.
I don't remember anything being said that wasn't intended to be either helpful or explanatory in some way.
yeah, sadly, we've all seen this happen on many occasions before.
what?!!.....but you just said that sites often DO get closed down.....that you've seen it happen on a regular basis....that there is a very real danger of that happening to any site if rules are not adhered to....then you go on to say it's an imaginary situation in the very same sentence...

secondly.. i just said "i don't see how lucas could shut it down anymore than he could shutdown and sew kazaa. they have to go after the individuals in this scenario." hence it is almost a non-reality for me, the idea of this particular site being shutdown....and absurd at how much drama PVS fuels into this notion... hence my chicken little statement.

we've had words before gangularis, not just here in this thread, it's just the first time i've responded in kind to your agression....usually i just back down, because i can't be bothered with it and then you get with the smug routine....you need to chill out....tough guy routines on message boards have never really worked for me....you've come out of nowhere again with all of this - no one here was arguing until you stuck your oar in and started attacking people, and then you critisize others for arguing....for chrissakes, PVS and pragar were even making with the buddy buddy....get a sense of humour and lighten up....and lucas legal is keeping tabs on certain sites, and this one, it seems, has very likely been added to that list....so that's a point of discussion....how you managed to turn it into a fight is beyond me....whatever, i got nothing to say to you....i stayed out of all this for a couple of weeks, and now i'm going back to that frame of mind....i apologise to the mods and everyone else who has had to read more of this s**t....seagrave out....

also, from my experience, the powers that be do not read through the arguement, but instead discipline its participants, right or wrong...as i have felt the sting before.
